Hi everyone! I'm a 40yr old woman with quite awful lower abdominal pain, mainly cramping and goes down my groin area. I'm also 12 days late on my period, this has never happened before, am always 28 days. Also def not pregnant, husband had vasectomy 10yrs ago and pregnancy tests are negative. Does anyone have any idea what this may be. Doc given me antibiotics for possible infection, day 4 and i actually feel worse. I'd be grateful for any thoughts. Thanks.
