So if you're feeling pain in your lower back and your lower abdomen, it could be indicative of a host of problems so I wouldn't dare speculate on what that exactly is. I do know that it's probably very painful and frustrating and I'm sorry to hear that you're suffering from it so I hope that the pain stops soon, but I think in the meantime it's a good idea to see your doctor to make sure that you get a diagnosis for it and maybe start on a course of treatment. How long has this been going on?
