My period is due in exactly 7 days (however it rarely comes on time) but for the passed 2 or 3 days I've had shrap pains in my lower left abdomen. Occasionally I also have a feeling in my lower stomach that feels like purring, I've seen people on here describe it as 'fluttering' as well. Any ideas what it could be?
