Bambi i need your advise if you can help me..... i have had bleeding when i wipe 2 days ago it was chocolate coloured and yesterday it was a red and over the day turned pink but i had lots and lots or CM it was watery all day it felt like i had Peed my self .... can you tell me what you think it is please???

Hi Hunnie! Even though 1st and 2nd trimester spotting is common, ALWAYS get spotting checked out OK? It could be a urinary tract infection, or a yeast infection, but just get it checked out OK?

Hey bambi sorry away from home computers it is Hunniechild....... I had the scare of my life on Friday night Saturday morning i had lots of bleeding after having intermitte cuddles with my Dp to the point he had to get up and have a shower to clean him self cause i went every where .... even made a mess on a pad and passed a pea sized clot going to go and see mw on wednesday cause the bleeding is gone from red to pink to brown today (sunday) she is going to go and do some swobs i did some reading on the net and i stopped cause some of the stuff could be unleavened

Good luck Hunnie! In NZ are you entirely watched by midwives? Do doctors ever get involved? I am concerned about everytime you and your partner get "cuddley" you seem to bleed - it could be the hormonal vaginal bleeding! BUT I wouldn't mind you being seen by a gynecologist!

my midwife said last week it could be irritation so we used lubricant and that is when i bleed even more after using lubricant i have slowed down but only old blood passing... No doctors never get involved here they just take care of other medical problems ... i am thinking maybe it is my cyst???? cause i have pain as of yesterday but it was an annoying pain but the thresh hold is so high i wouldn't know if i was in labour or not lol until i got put on the machine to check me out hehe
Going to go and see ring midwife tomorrow cause that is when she is in her rooms (she is an interdependent midwife) so only has her room twice a week she is going to do a few test .. i did a search on the net and i stopped looking cause the stupid thing was telling me different causes that i didn't want to hear ( threatened miscarriage.. and placenta previa and there was some thing else so i am not going to look any further cause i know it not a miscarriage cause i can feel baby moving and the colour has turned to brown and i not passing a lot of blood like i was on Friday/Saturday
well i thought i would stop in and see how we all are .... it is 9.35 and i just finished my breakfast of 4 slices of toast (i feel like a pig cause i usually only eat 2-3 slices) with marmite

Hey girls..sorry I haven't been on here in awhile..have been getting things ready for the new little one and been out of town for awhile traveling.
Bambie I am now 35 weeks and 1 day and I have been having the braxton Hicks contractions and they have been coming a little more painfull like cramping and I really don't think its the real thing it just does hurt some unlike the ones before but not to much..but I have been having diarrea for the past 2 days on and off with cramping really bad so is this like my body getting ride of stuff before the baby comes? If so how long will it be before I actaully go into labor? If that is a sign. I have not been sick and I am eating the same things I have already been eating so I know its not the food. The baby is moving good I have been so tired latly so very tired were I have to nap though the day and I have been trying to clean like crazy...so what could the diarrhea be from? I have also notice some Mucus plug coming out when I check after I pee..but no blood in it. We are getting really excited!!! And thanks so much for your help like Hunniechild said you are the best and my mom on here

OK! Becky sweetpea?! I think you should go the doctors! Diarrhea can be a sign of labour, also IF the plug has come out you will need to be checked that your waters have not ruptured nor are you loosing any waters a sac with no plug can actually be more prone to infection! Also whith your cleaning it is called "nesting" It is your animal instinct getting hte "nest" ready for the baby!

Ok Bambie I am actually calling the labor ward up here to talk to my doctor then I know he will want me to come in.. so I will let you know what is going on when I know what is going on..LOL if the baby is born at 35 weeks and 1 day will she be ok? or will they stop the labor? The last several weeks are for the baby to put weight on and for the lungs to develop a bit more! And also IF you are in labour and they measure the baby, they will determine wether or not to stop the labour or not! So don't worry OK? Good luck honey!

Hello ladies
i hope this is for you becky time to see you baby you have been nurturing for the past 35 weeks as OUR online MUM has said the last weeks is where baby is putting on weight and lungs developping a bit more to help let your baby breath on it own
I got some sobs down and waiting on results ... My midwife told me NO sex till the end of my pregnancy cause i had my Mc and i just about had cervical cancer that everything is so sensitive and any thing that goes near is irritation it and making me bleed so she said the best thing to do is stop having sex and to just wait .. WELL how the heck and am i going to hold out for 20 weeks + 6 weeks till after baby is born ..... :-( and to make it worse my Dp is cuddling me and just his touch makes me Yeah i wont carry on ...
well that is my update only 10 more sleeps till i get my 20 week scan so i cant wait .... i am counting down the days cause i know that it is about the only thing in this pregnancy i can reply on being on time and when planned hehe
Will be back in a few more days to see how we all are ....

i end up getting in contact with my Mw this morning for the past few days i have been getting headaches to the point i start feeling dizzy and sick(some times just as i wake up (my feet havnt hit the floor yet)
My Mw said could be a lack of iron carrying in my system i told her i have been eating al ot of brussle sprouts (yuck i dont like them) sliver beet and lots of vegemite and peanut butter toast or sandwiches)
SO i am just going to keep taking my panadole and if no inprovement by next week i will get her to right me a script for iron tablets or a blood test to check my levels and go from there
Well that is my update for now
Hope all is well this the rest of ya ....
Only 5 more sleeps till my 20 week scan YAY for me i cant wait .. it just goes slower cause i cant sleep at night :'( but i get a few hours in while i can

I don't think this is iron, I think it is your blood pressure! when I was about 25 weeks with my 2nd, I would bang my heads on tables if I was looking down, I would miss songs on the radio! etc and thank God it happened in my doctors office, she was doing my blood pressure and all of a sudden I said "I'm going to pass out!" She laid me on the table and raised my legs, she told me that I had virtually no blood pressure! So she raised my legs for a few minutes and then I was fine! So that is what you should do, raise your legs when you feel like that, have them higher than your heart!

HI every one i have a question to ask well one major one to ask when you have had more that one baby when do braxton hick start appearing .. i have had long spells of what feels like labour but no progressing eg the diarrhea and the tummy tighting and cramping and wondering should i be feeling them this early in pregnancy?

Hi Hunnie! Phone your midwife! You should not be having Braxtons this early! Due to your past history, this could be threatened labour - don't want to upset you - but I don't like it! So phone her! Big hug and let me know!

I rang her but i got the second midwife that was in the maternity ward with another lady giving birth so i will keep an eye on it and if they keep happening during the day i will try again i had them again last night but they went away had more pain in my back but i think that is baby moving around as s\he is in my back cause i still have no Belly saying that i am close to 20 weeks of pregnancy .. i have seen alot of my online friends belly who have had more that 2 who have belly saying "Yes i am pregnant not just Eating to much"
