Due to your periods being irregular I would hazzard a good guess that you have PCOS - poly cystic ovarian syndrom - which CAN give the exact same symtpoms of pregnnat! - cestations of the period, weight gain, nausea, headache, back ache etc. So like my girls said, take a urine test first then see what that says, then you will need to see your doctor for a blood test! IF all comes negative, you need to ask for a pelvic ultrasound to see what is going on with your ovaries! I wish you good luck!

Sounds like this baby is going to be a biggy, because I put you at 9 weeks on the 24th! so that means the baby is 1 week and a bit larger than the regular baby at that time!

Hey Bambie!!! When the women did the ultrasound she said I was 10 weeks that was yesterday 22nd so I really don't know untill my doctor calls to let me know everything Monday so I still think I am going on 9 weeks but the women who did it says I am 10 weeks already so I don't know what to think. I just saw the hands and feet and the heartbeat..so do you think the baby will be big I have only gained 4 pounds so far from 129 to133 should I be gaining more or is this right? And I hope this one is not going to be a hairy baby.. XD XD I will try the milk I get heartburn maybe once every 2 or 3 days and it is just very weird because I didn't have heartburn with the other two so something new I guess.

Yeah I hope so too Becky! Hey Bambi gotta question? Ever since November I haven't had a regular period they are getting shorter every month like December it was on for like 3-4 days and January was on for 2 days and during both times was not heavy or normal it was lite and spotting! They told me to wait and see if it comes on next month and if it doesn't to go back so they can retest me what do you think? I have been sleeping more and I been eating more as well! And my lower part of my legs are always itching and I also been breaking out with acne on my face and that's not normal for me cause I never have acne! And it looks like my skin is getting brighter my guy even told me that!! Do you think just because I want a baby so bad that I cant get pregnant right now? My sister said it took them about 4 months for her to get pregnant cause they was trying so hard for her to get pregnant and the minute they just gave up that's when she got pregnant! My sister in law said that it happened to her like that as well but it took them 3 months! What do you think? I now we do have sex when I'm ovulating and even the day before my period comes on as well! What do you think I should do about that? Hey Bambie just an update well I my heart burn has stopped for now and I havent had to take that medicine on my wrist in about 2 days so I hope it stays that way and I had alot of cramping last night it was really bad but my husband went out and got pizza and cheese sticks and bread sticks for dinner so I would not have to cook but the bad thing we eat the pizza and got really sick he throw up from about 10:30 till 5:30 this morning and so did my mother in law and my 5 year old.. I only go really bad cramps I called the hospital and they just told me to take it easy and if we get worse to come in but it finally stopped around 8:00 this morning I also called the pizza place and they said that a few people has also called in they are giving our money back so it was really hard to have this stuff...but my question is can that really hurt the baby from the pizza or something of the food I eat.. because of the cramps? I just thanks the lord I was not throwing up like the rest of my family. Thanks so much and how are you doing Bambie?

Hi Becky! You need to phone the health centre and your city council, what you all had was FOOD POISONING!!!! Damn rights he gave you your money back! He has done something wrong, I am also VERY concerned about Hepatitis! So phone your doctor and phone the city and file a complaint! He might not even be reaching the standards! The good thing about babies is that they are surrounded by an incredible sac! And they rarely get anything bacterial! BUT I would like you to phone your doctor and tell them that you ALL had food poisoning! I have a feeling that you didn't eat as much as the rest of your family! They need to be investigated and have your children checked out!

But I 'm doing fine I go to the doctor next week for my blood test!! I just been tired more than I was and I have been eating more too and some times I get a lil dizzy so I'm just gonna have the blood test done and get a check up to make sure it's not nothing serious wrong with me! Hey Bambie I am going to call or health department and report it because they have people here that go check stuff like this that happened and our city council everything here is closed till Monday so I will report them my little boy got really sick was up every 10 mins giving him sips od water that was the other thing he could hold down was just sips of water so this morning he is feeling a little better I am the only one here that hasn't got anything yet so I am prayer that I don't get it becuase I hardly ate anything at all so I might be lucky. Hi Becky! I've been thinking about this ALL day! If your kids are still vomiting I think you should take them to the hospital! Because children can have kidney failure from food poisioning - they are less likely to handle the onslaught of bacteria! Keep them hydtrated - IF possible! Phone your hospital and see what they say! They will automatically phone the healthboard! And probably put out an alert! I know you are OK! Because when I was pregnant with my 2nd I had a MAJOR blood infectiona nd was SO sick! And nothing happened to the baby! They said that he was only affected by low blood pressure from me! And since you weren't throwing up etc, you should be fine! It's good that you are getting checked out though! Look at the kids eyes - IF they are dark and sunken, GET tHEM IN!!! OK?

He I called the hospital and they said if they are not better by today then bring them in..but the seem to be doing so much better they haven't throw up no more since yesterday evening and now they are playing and eating and being kids..si i think everything is fine. I did take them in to there doctor and she said it seems they are getting over it and not to worry but I did report the pizza place and actually the hospital called and did some reporting them selves so I am happy about the out come and someone is going to be paying the pizza place a visit today and then I will some more things about what went wrong with us and our friends so Thanks so much and I am still going into my doctor he still wants to see me so everything is ok.

Hey Bambie and brittany so how are things going your guys ways? I am feeling so much better I hope vomiting feeling goes away soon I had to go to the hospital day before yesterday because I was vomiting every 20 mins could not keep anything down it started at night then when I got up my doctor sent me there. I was feeling so much better after I left there after 6 hours in the hospital. But I haven't vomited anymore after that so I am so happy. I have to go back to the doctor on Feb 16th. And the doctor has told me and my hubby no sex which is awful untill I get checked again but going to have to do what the doctor says. And bambie do you think its ok for me to get my nails done and my hair highlighted? And Brittany have you been back to the doctor yet?

Hi Becky! Even though things have changed a lot regarding chemicals used for highlighting and nails etc, and I'm SURE you need to be pampered after everything, I would try and get your nails done without any Acetone! The jury is kind on the fence about how much Acetone is bad for the baby, so see if your manicurist can use more "natural" polishes etc.! Regarding Highlighting this is FAR better than coloring - ask for foil highlights and make sure the chemicals don't go near the scalp - once again doctors on the fence about dyes causing damage! I ALWAYS err on the side of being careful It is just common sense really isn't it?
