(He is uncircumsized) Lump is smaller than a bb. Then about a quarter of an inch, he has a vein that crosses over the main vein, and v's off. To me, it is almost like the vein is rolled, and the lump seems like backed up blood or semen. It does not hurt, no discomfort at all.
