I have a bit of a private male question for you, so guys only, please! I've had a problem with my penis for about a month now. Whenever I am erect, a lump appears on the penile shaft, and intercourse has been a painful and unpleasant experience ever since this lump appeared. It is causing major problems for my sex life as you can imagine so I really want to solve this. Any suggestions?
Based on the information you provided, I am guessing that the condition you have might be penis vein thrombosis. This can be caused by over vigourous sex or masturbation, and normally goes away by itself again if you give your penis a chance to rest. If your penis hurts when you attempt intercourse, let it rest and try again a few days later.
Thrombosing of the penile vein is a very rare occurence and I doubt that is what is occuring. It is most likely a clot in a lymphatic vessel. Either way, you need to take a break from sex until this problem has subsided.
