I just noticed tonight I have a lump about the size of a pea on my scrotum. I have been sexually actice in the past 6 months. The lump is skin colored, under the skin and seems to not be filled with puss. It is the only lump I have and can't see any other problems elsewhere.

I would suggest go and seek medical advice, it's probably just nothing, but if it's something, it's good that you checked it out as the earlier it is treated the better chance of it going away
