I had that when i was younger. I still have them a little bit but i think maybe its cause your growing. Im still growing so thats why i still have it. Im 13 years old and it happened about a year ago. But its normal. My mama looked at it and she said its normal and it happens to every girl. So dont worry about it. If your really worried about it go see a doctor. At first i thought it was breast cancer too but nope. (:
