I have been with the same girl for over 6 months now and we have unprotected sex. We have sex very frequently and both of us have noticed a fishy odor on both of our genitals. Mine is below the head with a red ring around it. Eventually it goes away but appears later. Is this caused by the amount of sex we have or some type of bacteria or STD infection? Thanks
