I think that generally people always are running away from one thing - from the problem. You are doing this as well. Why? Because you have probably googled this vaginal odor and you find the problem that is the last dangerous - food. It is true that several foods, such coffee, onions, garlic, strong spaces can change your vaginal odor, but I don't believe that the fish is one of those. So, according to everything that you have written there, I think that you have problems with your health and that you should visit your gynecologist. The fishy odor is a sign of the infection or bacteria.

I'm not sure about seafood causing vaginal odor, but when mine had a "fish-like" odor, it turned out to be a minor bacterial infection that was easily treated with a round of antibotics. Before I got treated, the odor was there constantly, and it was noticeable at all times.
I'm not saying you have the same thing! I truly have no idea if food will effect the smell. If it's only there when you've eaten seafood, I guess it could be possible? But if you've noticed it there more often than that, I would get it checked out.

I experienced the same thing. It is bacterial vaginiosis- I had a 7 day supply of antibotics and it went away. I had the HUGE prawn shrimp and smelled something foul the next day... I ate a lot of yogurt and its slowly getting back to normal, but yes seafood can cause vaginal mishaps. We have good bacteria and bad bacteria and sometimes based on what we eat- the bad can multiply and affect us in a way that we smell it. I LOVE seafood, but may have to cut back, because that makes me feel gross!!!
Good Luck!!!
