If it’s gyno the only way to rid of it is surgery which can cost a lot, or you can try losing weight, and eating crusiferous vegetables like broccoli sprouts and cabbage which counter estrogen. It’s an imbalance of hormones so try raising testosterone by weight training getting good sleep, adiquate protein and avoiding processed foods
