I have been getting a bump or two in the same area along the perineum to the side for a couple of years now.  It comes and goes months apart .  It starts off somewhat of a bump.  It's inflamed, hurt but not too bad, it's not itchy, just irritate because of the area.  The bump or inflamed area eventually opens and cause a slit.  When It happens I wash it good daily, put some neosporin or Vaseline on it, and it eventually goes away in a week or two.  Does anyone know what is causing this?  I took photos of it.  It's appears as just a bump along the line from the anus to the scrotum in the perineum area.   What's causing this is there away to rid it for good.
