It's probably nothing but I get paranoid when it comes to anything in that area.
I have one itchy red bump on my scrotum well... it's actually right where my scrotum is connected to my thigh. I just noticed this today.
I shave with a razor blade at least once a week and have been doing so for a while so I'm firmiliar with razor burn and if this is razor burn then it's completely different than the razor burn I always get. I'm also a runner and recently just started running long distance again so I'm kind of hoping that has something to do with it.
I've researched a lot and this doesn't sound like any STD that I know of but I'd like to be sure or at least know if I should get it checked out. Plus all the other topics about this on here don't really help me because they all say they have itchy red bumps all over their scrotum and penis and they've been there for a while.

You probably just have an in grown hair. You can get the from shaving and this causing lots of friction it the specific area or when you forget to shave often enough
