Im 18 and i need some help with this problem i have. I just shave a couple of days ago. The following night masterbating but without using any lube. Wheni was almost done masterbating, my penis started to hurt i saw some blood. Now i have these spots on my penis. Could i have masterbated too hard?

you probly busted some blood vessiles id say stay with lube dang i just did it a few minutes ago my lube was going away fast so i just kept going without more and it will start to hurt later but i know to do it softer couse i could hurt it

Going to the emergency room would not help if the person actually is at risk of penile cancer. I also do not think that those dots are actually indicative of cancer anyway. I would defeinitely have a doctor check it out just to make sure that it's okay, but I don't think that it makes any sense to scare someone unnecessarily.
