I'm doing some reseach on the affects of long term masterbation in men and would like some clear medical evidence of some of the dangers or harms that long term masterbation may have on the nervous and mental health of a human.
Well, good luck... because there aren't any.
The point that science has made after years of mis-information and fear, is that there are no long or short term bad effects from masturbation.
If anything, there are benefits to learning about your sexuality and what "floats your boat" so to speak.
If you REALLY want to dig out the research, you're looking for either the "Sexual Behavior in the Adult Male" by Kinsey and associates (1947) or "The Kinsey Report" for short... or the Kinsey Institute's more recent publication "What you need to know about the Current Sexual shorthand" (2004) but I've not read it and may have the title a little off.
Good luck.
PS: Why are you so interested?
