Although I'd like to ask a question about a relevant issue which is not clarified; What is actually the organic difference between masturbation and sex? I mean if frequent and systematic masturbation damages health and makes you weak why doesn't this also occur if you have sex in an equally frequent basis instead of masturbating??

every schoolday i get up no breakfast just a redbull and a cigarette( if i have pot i also smoke it before school)
i smoke in school , after school , at home .
then i go out skating etc. come home smoke pot (not always but i would say 50% chance i do.) smoke cigarettes
and a daily masturbation
at weekend i get drunk , smoke alot more pot and sometimes some harddrugs. sounds pretty similar
i masturbate quite quick , i never really realized i had a problem untill i had sex with my girlfriend and after 2minutes my penis had gone into a softy. i blamed drugs to not feel embaressed.
now i realized my penis doens't get that hard as it did before.
but i never had a problem with it because it was just myself wanking.
should i take your advice ?

Masturbation is only a alternate way to ejaculation however its not natural it can be done when you're very excited. If not dont have a habit of doing it. On long run, it'll eat your manliness(appearance), it causes bad sleep, loss of appetite, psychological problems and many many issues... you might lose your adrenalin drive as well... Stop masturbating for few weeks and you could feel what you were missing these days... Its very hard though u can do it if you develope a strong will power.... If at all you want to solve your erection problem first of all you should reduce your body temperature as normally masturbating burns lot of calories your body temperature will be high as sperm production is sustainable only at normal body temperature. you can develope your sperm count and solve erection problem without any medical help... 1.stop smoking... dont drink too much
2.do kegal exercise. (dont overdo it)
3.sleep ten hours at night and 45-60 mins at day time if possible
4.take proteins and fruits as much as u can
5.before u go to sleep, meditate for fifteen mins. this gonna help you find your problem or even better solve your problem like a piece of cake trust me on this.
6.dont talk about masturbation and your issues to your friends and stop thinking about masturbation.
7.drink lots of water...

HEY guyz i also have the same problem.I masturbate a lot.And everything was just awesome bt since last year i m getting soft erections and even the glans(top part) of my penis has become very soft.Also, it is too soft now and i m too woried about it and i m addicted to masturbation and cannot stop it .Please tell me something guyz i m very worried about it.Please help.
