Hi im not sure if anyone can help me. I have recently started suffering from strong headaches. I never used to get them but now i seem to get them every day now. Also over the last few weeks ive started feeling after ive eaten. Regardless of what it is. Its worst in an evening. Ive noticed that i always feel tired even though im getting a good 8 hours sleep every night. Ive started feeling down, to the point where seeing friends and family is hard. I dont even want to see my husband when hes home on leave. I dont know whats wrong with me? Im 23 btw.
Hi Sailorsgirl! These headaches seem quite serious to me. You are a young women, I don't see what could be the problem. You can always do something to improve your health, try to eat healthier, exercise and so on. I have found a lot of useful informations on this site. I'm in my twenties too and I feel tired more than I should feel, I guess we all need to improve our physical strength in order to support better whatever that it is that we do over the day. Anyway, I think that you should look for a medical advice in the nearest hospital , maybe it's not a big deal and it can be solved easily so you can enjoy your family and your marriage. I really hope you'll solve it soon.
That happened to me too. I don't really want to give medical advice, because the sudden onslaught of headaches can mean many things, so if I were you, I would go to a doctor just to make sure that everything is okay. You did not say if they are migraine headaches. Does Tylenol help? Did you try exedrin? Exedrin, was the only thing that helped me. It could be during your PMS, so I would not drink coke, exercise, and make sure you drink lots and lots of water. Dehydration can be a cause of headaches. It seems like you are getting enough sleep, so that should not be it. It also could be caused by anxiousness, and depression. This is why you should go to a doctor.
Good luck, headaches are horrible.
