People with burning when urinating, (possible for mild burning after ejaculation too). You may have a urine infection, quite common, i've had two before, and they can get very nasty if you leave it. I recommend you see a doctor, and he should prescribe antibiotics. (if it is a urine infection).

To the 14yo, I had my first urine infection about your age, (due to what turned out to be more complicated problem than i thought), and i didnt want to see my doctor either. But after a while the pain was too much and i had too. And i found out about a more complicated problem, nothing serious, but interesting.
So i recommend you go see your doctor. Also dont be ashamed about masturbation, literately EVERYONE does it. And as you grow up (im 19 now) you and everyone you know becomes more comfortable with it. Doctors especially so (as they have to be anyway).

Extra tips for people with urine problems, drink as much water as you can, and less unhealthy fizzy drinks. And pro tip, cranberry juice is a godsend for urine problems. Cleans out your urine track.
Have fun all, hope this helped. (:

I am 65, with the same problem. Because it takes much more effort to achieve orgasm and I am 'more forceful' to get there, I think I have accidentally created a small tear in the interior of the tube which, with repeated masturbation, has gotten worse. I have been to two doctors who have no idea, call me "Mystery Man." I am going to go without sex for a few weeks and see if the 'tear' repairs itself. (Doc#2 put me on phenazopyridine, which I now see is merely analgesic for pain. Ah well.)

There is nothing wrong with your penis,if its pain after enjaculation its jus bcoz ur penis is trying to squeeze out remaining semen, and if it hurts when u pee its jus that u didnt drink enough water

I'm 29, I've had this same issue. In the past I've been treated with azithromycin when it burned during or after urination, which seemed to help but the problem returned without any sexual encounters. I've been tested for every std and checked for prostatitis, they were all negative. Even when the antibiotics worked I tested negative, so it may have been a different kind of uti, not an std. I tend to agree that it's related to semen remaining behind, now it only burns after I ejaculate, not when i pee. The volume of semen and force coming out has also been much lower. I'll try drinking more water and look into this pelvic floor issue. It's possible that remaining semen caused the initial burning, but if it still burns regularly when you pee it may have developed into a uti which you will need antibiotics to treat.

hi people, I'm 28 yo, recently, say about 2 mnths now, I have been having this burning sensation at the tip of my penis whenever i want to urinate. it started with mild itching inside the tip of my penis which was always present irrespective of whether i'm urinating or not, then as time went on it stopped and became a burning sensation when i urinate, it's gotten bad that whenever i have the urge to urinate, i have to run to the toilet as fast as i can, cos i sometimes pee on myself while still undoing my zip. its like i cannot control it when it wants to come out. I used to masturbate a lot, plus i have a steady partner and i dont use a condom with her, rather i withdraw and sometimes hold my semen from coming out. i dont know if that plays a part. when i squeeze the tip of my penis i still feel the itchy sensation, please help

I am 29 and I just recently noticed this issue too. The thing is, the week before I was feeling ill with stomach cramps and nausea. I finally went in to see the doctor and I am a huge Hypochondriac , although this has gotten better. I always think it is better to be one than not. Pain is your body's way of telling you that there is something. Even Hypochondria is a disorder in and of itself. It is an anxiety disorder. :). Anyway, he had me take a urinalysis and sent out a culture. Then I got a shot of 250 MG Rocephin for Epididymitis(could be caused by an STD but like you, I was careful but other things could cause it too) and 2 times daily of Doxycycline for 10 days. The burning sensation is going away. Did your doctor mention prostratis? Epididymitis? Etc. I would see a Urologist to get an accurate diagnosis.

It seems to be a common problem because after the exam, he was quick to point it out. Do you have pain on one side? Testicle? Also, the tip pain when urinating or touching, I have noticed is much lower and the pain radiates to the top. It is likely a problem with the epididymis and not something at the tip. Could be a bacterial infection, though there could be other causes. If it is really bothering you to the point that you cannot tolerate it and it is effecting your quality of life, I would definitely see a doctor. To the 14 year-old, see your doctor buddy. There is nothing wrong with masturbating, especially at that age and it is completely healthy. I hope all works out for everyone. This is probably the most f***ked place to have pain!

Guys if the problem is right after an ejac its most likely because you left semen inside the urethra.

The acid with urine acts up with semen. This is why it goes away after urination or flushing it out. Thank you and sorry for my english

Hi, i have had this for almost 2 years now i would say it is almost every time i ejaculate i end up on the toilet for 20 mins and it is ruining my life, miss the times as a teen just choking the chicken clearing up and sleeping, now i have t wait for it, when it does not come i am lucky, recently i got the pain without masterbating and that scared this jeez out of me... i still cant tell anyone... i went to the doctors about it happening out of nowhere but could not mention masterbation as my DR is a milf. i find it is less likely to come on when you have released you semen naturally do not force an orgasm, also if you are dehydrated when it comes to having to pee it out the pain is a hell of a lot worse so make sure your topped up on fluids, also do not masterbate on a full bladder... i mean both ends i believe this builds up pressure causing more pain...  if anyone can be of assistance i will be more than grateful.

The washing techique mentioned above is a very good practice. In long run it could solve ur prob completely. I've seen a doc explaining such symptoms of pain at the tip during urinating or ejac: in most cases it hapns whn we try stopping semen from ejac in order to spend more time in sex or mastbtn... This leads to semen accumulation in the passage of urethra and when it gets dried up there it forms a barrier resisting the flow and causes pain. Then u dont have a free flow, it sometimes comes in drops or changes its direction to left or right sides, also it may come out as a flush. Pain is common in all these situations.
