I experienced thin, milky vaginal discharge even before the third trimester of pregnancy, probably starting from the second trimester. I was worried I had some kind of infection, so I asked my OBGYN. She said that it is normal to have this kind of vaginal discharge during pregnancy, because your hormonal balance is different so you do not go through the same changes you would otherwise expect during the menstrual cycle.
Now, if you have itching, vaginal dryness, or your discharge is thick like cottage cheese or it smells bad, then definitely mention it to your OBGYN as soon as possible.

I know that being this far pregnant every unusual change comes up as a potential reason for concern, but as long as there are no other signs that would make you worry even more, and the discharge is odorless and doesn’t change, it’s most likely to be normal, just heavier vaginal discharge before the childbirth.
Still, if it will help you not to worry and put yourself under more stress, you can at least phone the nurse or your doctor and ask. I know it’s better to be on the safe side, but it sounds to me like this probably isn’t one of these situations that should raise much concern. Wish you healthy pregnancy.
