i have been about a month late on my period and all of a sudden i went to use the bathroom and i had a sharp pain shoot through my lower abdominals followed along with alot of bleeding like it was pouring out. my boyfriend and his mother was thinking i was pregnant due to me missing my period and because i had alot of symptoms that pointed at the results of being pregnant. well i havent been that cautious about the thought of it and after thinking i might have been id gotten real stressed. well i went to the bathroom and had gotten the pain and started bleeding and i dont if its a misscarraige or what it could be.. could someone help me please ?

First of all - did you confirm pregnancy? (pregnancy test or ultrasound which is even better)
Well, this is a symptom of a miscarriage, but that doesn't mean it happened.
I strongly suggest that you visit your obgyn. s/he will be able to tell you what is going on with your body.
