More than three weeks late, pregnancy test was negative, yesterday had a very light bloody discharge

I am more than three weeks late,for my menstruatn.with cramps for that three weeks,sometimes with watery discharge.took a home pregnancy test,it was negetive,five days later went for pelvic scan and nothing was seen.and yesterdy a very light bloody discharge...what could be the problem pls
