My child is two year old ,perinatal period was normal, No History of birth asphyxia and jaundice. He started neck control at age of 2 months ,started sitting at age of 10 months ,rolling over abdomen at age of 18 months ,pull to sit from supine position at the of 15 months,crawling started at 21 months,stands with support of bed or table 23 months .During standing there is mild flexion at hip and knee joints .Speech development started at age of 15 months but at present it is appropriate for 2 years. on examination, HEAD CIRCUMFERENCE Body Length is normal, Muscle Bulk is less, Muscle Tone & deep Tendon reflexes are normal, Power is diminished at hip extention. Investigations- CPK Engimes & Thyroid Hormones levels are norma, Intelligence is normal.
Please send me the pronosis about this child of Motor Development
