very good concept and movie
Sean Connery is the "leader" of a group of people with super human powers. I wont tell you each of the powers but they are cool and work together well.
It does have a strange similarity to the justice league super heroes with the save the world theme.
Very good movie, special effects are good and idea although not unique is good

I like the bullet rating system.
I've yet to see this, though it is in my ever-growing Netflix queue. I know that it is based on the graphic novel, though with some changes (the addition of American Tom Sawyer to the group of English literary heroes is an odd choice).

I thought this was an excellent movie with a lot of subtleties. It definitely made me want to go read the books/stories about each character.
I found it very entertaining, and would have liked it to be more developed/more fleshed out as to the background of each character.

I saw this when it was first released and enjoyed it. The second time... it was pretty disappointing. It is a pretty interesting story, but the second time around, you realize exactly how cheesy it is.
We just rented this one a couple weeks ago....I liked it and I am not a big fan of the "Spiderman" type genre, but the literary flavor made it really interesting.
