I cannot explain this any better unfortunatly, last night I removed my tampax and on the tampax as well as the normal blood was a lump - I was a bit confused as it was rather large - so I had to inspect it - kinda gross i no - but it was like fleshy with veins running through it bit of blood, kinda thick feeling pinky clear coloured, felt like flesh or muscle. What could this be?! Is it normal? I know you shed the lining of your womb durin a period but this was thick flesh like matter! I had periods for 10years and this is not something I have experienced before.
Background information is that im 20
On the pill (just started one month ago)
Sexually active - using condoms
Recent STD test (month ago) was all clear

im not for sure i'd have like large blood clots come out but not like any veins .if it was bigger than a dime or nickel you need to go see your doctor just in case something is wrong .srry i dident have any info that was helpful ,but good luck with this
i just had the same thing - anyone any ideas on what this is ? the bit that came out was about a finget lennght long and quiet wide, bit like the size of a rizla paper....
Ive looked at loads of post on this because the same happened to me.
I have come to the conclusion thats its tissue of your uterus walls just coming out. It is created because your body is preparing for a baby to grow but when it doesnt it has to come out and does so through the vagina
