Ok I have a mole right next to my nose
And I had it ever since I was 4 years old it's
Kinda big but people say I'm soo pretty so idk
If people are just saying that cause they feel bad
For me so I don't know.. And I went to go see a doctor
For it and they said I'm gonna have to take it off
And I'm perfectly find with it but I'm scared what if
I'm ugly then people will hate me and be mean
Because I have some cool and pretty friends and they
Make fun of people all the time cause of their ugliness

Well, if your cool and pretty friends that make fun of people "cause of their ugliness" are your friends now, when you have the mole, why wouldn't they be your friends after you remove it? They are "the honest ones" towards people they consider "ugly" - don't you think that this kind of people wouldn't have anything to do with you, if you were one of the "uglies", to start with?
