i am a girl 21 years old had the same proplems..i feel my heart beat strongly that shakes my shirt and all my body..even when my mobile is on my chest it shakes with my heart beats..i feel chest pain sometimes ..and i have a short breath and get tired from anything..i went to 3 cardiologist in my country and emailed 2 in Uk ..they told my to make CT on the heart and blood sample and X ray on the lung(pulmonary) and ECG..and they found nothing except mitral regurgitation and it is found normally in 40 % of people..and by blood pressure was a little high..so they told me to have a drug called Tenormin that is for adusting blood pressure and also lowring the intensity of the heart beats i take 25 gm of this drug daily and it really helped me alot in reducing the intesity of the heart beat and improved quality of life..as this drug is b-blocker reduse the the intensity of heart beats and reduce the blood pressure..hope that may help..
