me and my girlfriend have had sex a few times. her period usualy is about 3 days late for some reason. but her period is 5 days late at the minute. i have always usued protection and i always check before during and after sex. so i am sure that the condom did not rip. but can you please ease my mind by answering me. i cant explain how worried i am at the minute.
If you are using protection and following the directions exactly, condoms are about 96% or so effective.. there is still a small chance that it could not protect against pregnancy since the ony thing that is 100% on that is just not having sex at all. But most likely, some hormonal changes or stress could be causing her period to be late. Wait it out a few days and then see if you should get a pregnancy test or not.
