Those little bumps in your shoulder are most likely "trigger points" and can be massaged out with a tennis ball against the wall. Your fetigue and appetite loss are most likely anxiety related, as is your shoulder trigger points from tensing up too much. I had all your symptoms at one point. I got my anxiety under control and am fine. My collarbone is still weird though. Relax man you'll be fine

Sleep on the other side with the short side up. It is a nocturnal habit that causes this. When you are just about to fall asleep you go into a 'default sleep position' we all have a position unique to our selves, even if you don't know it. Resist the urge to sleep on that side. For me my left side is my default position, and it has effected the growth of my left clavical. (It appears shorter) I started sleeping on my right side and the pain lessens, plus my posture has improved. Hope this helps

first of all... i know you all have some come habit like sleep in "freefall or yearner" way. People those left collar bone stick out they usually sleep free-fall way but their right hand up to the head and left hand folded near the chest...people those right collar bone stick out vice-versa.
Solution:-you should sleep in "starfish" or "soldier" way And keep doing exercises like neck route-ting; Arms route-ting;special one... If ur left collar bone stick out "touch your chin to ur neck whole without opening the mouth and turn ur head ur right and repeated it again again"vice-versa for those right collar bone stick out.

I just noticed that my right collar bone is the same way. I also limp from knee and hip problems (knees were both replaced 4 years ago, so they don'hurt anymore!). I'm wondering if this could be from always carrying (or trying to carry) my purse on my left shoulder. It usually weighs a ton. I have yet in my 40+ years of carrying a shoulder purse to have it stay on my shoulder. It always slips off of it. Also, I played the glockenspiel in high school and I always had to hitch my right shoulder higher to carry it in marching band because it was so heavy. I have also used a cane using my right hand for well over years. Does anyone have any thoughts about any of this?

I just noticed my right collar bone sticking out also. Just the last 2 days it started. Not sure what's going on since there is no pain. I'm clueless.

Im a nurse and upon reading your symptoms with fatigue, weight loss, appetite loss, and difficulty breathing... You definately need to let the doctor know if these symptoms... As those symptoms can be a number of things... But CANCER sticks out in my mind the most in your case... I'm def not saying you have it... I'm URGING YOU to check that out. I'm just reading this because I have the right side collar bone protruding also... I have had pain in my right shoulder first for several months, especially while sleeping and awakening... before I noticed this. The pain was so bad I've tried heating pads at night. The collar bone itself does not hurt... I'd LOVE for anyone to give an idea of what it might be so I can stop the pain... GOOD LUCK EVERYONE, God bless.

I too have this problem. My left clavical is actually shorter than my right and my left scapula sticks out while my left shoulder sags forward. This has also caused neck stifness and poping and grinding in the shoulder and serratis. Ifound out that I have a habit of sleeping on this side and have since switched sides. I'd also recommend stretching and practicing good posture. It helped me

Thank you. I found your post very informative and think what you are saying makes since. I'm almost 50, f, and clean houses for a living. I use my right hand more than my left. I've found myself in the last couple years switching more and using both arms to work more. Then i have the added bonus of only being able to sleep in my side. I'm going to check out that book you mentioned and try to retrain myself as you put it. That's what I need to do exactly. Thanks

I have the same thing happen to my left collar bone. For me I actually bumped that shoulder a few years back playing rugby and a few weeks later started to notice the difference. Something that i have noticed is if I jam my hand up in my armpit and push my elbow to my ribs the collar bone seems to go back to its normal position. I am no expert, and have booked a doctors and physiotherapist to have a look at it, but in my limited experience I would guess that I have stretched something in my shoulder that is attached to my collar bone. I wonder if anyone else has this

Just realized a profound asymmetry in my collarbone. Your story is very helpful and I will check out my posture reading your recommended book. But also will see a doctor and chiropractor. Any progress in your case, keep me posted. Thanks
