Left ball moves It doesn't move around like however it wants. But every now and then it feels uncomfortable and is like to far left of my penis. Not sure if this is related but it's also smaller than the right. The doctor noticed this like 3 years ago and didn't seam to care to much, but it's been a while and nothing's changed so I don't know.

A testicle being smaller than the other is relative and it's normal for the left testicle to be smaller than the right one. You'd have to get an ultrasound at least to find out just how much smaller your left testicle is compared to your right one. When this testicular movement/discomfort happens, take a photo to show your GP and specialist, take extra care to find where exactly the discomfort is coming from and what triggers it or when it occurs.
