I am I 40 yr old male. I had a hydrocele surgery 5-7 years ago. I also had a partial vasectomy done when I was in my early twenties. The reasons I am posting are, 1) My left testical rides up above my penis during sexual intercourse, ( which causes lack of ejaculation on my part), 2) recently my urine stream is not as strong as it once was, 3) after urinating ( not all the time) I feel I still have to urinate some more, frequently enough after standing for a min. there is semen like substance relieved, 4) as if all this isn't enough I have started having testicular pain on my left side which is the same side I had the hydrocele surgery. IS there any idea as to what my issues my be caused by? I am planning on going to the dr in a couple of weeks, I am just trying to get an idea as to what is going on with my body. Thanks for your time and any answers will be greatly appreciated. J.D.HURST

Hi JD,
It could be a prostate infection. It may even be related to a STD. We can't be sure without an exam/testing.
Don't delay. See your urologist ASAP.
Good luck.
