I would suggest taking a pregnancy test after waiting until the time you would normally get your period. You might just be coming down with something and menstrual cycles can be irregular under stress.

When did you take the pregnancy test?
If you are 3 weeks late, retest. Do it in the morning, after a night of not partying. You want your urine concentrated for the best accuracy.
Sometimes the tests don't work testing early. By 3 weeks though, it should be accurate.
Sometimes too, you can just miss periods. It can happen.
