im 24, sleep on my stomach usually with 1 pillow + 1 propped under it and seems like it's alot easier to sleep with my head left rather than righter. I work on a computer alot and when I was 18 I started having neck issue's so I went to the doctor and he took an xray of my neck. it turned out i had 1 "pad" missing between my neck and he really offered no advice to fix it. now it doesn't take much at all whether i play basketball, flag football, lift my shoulders even... and my neck will like "lock up" and become very painful to move. anything i do to try and strengthen those muscle's seems to make it hurt bad and i'm getting really sick of having such a weak easy to injure neck. i need a miracle and a strategy to fix it... it seem slike the left side of my neck is the culprit and that it locks up towards the top in a not and then as well right in the meet above my shoulder connecting to the neck. any help besides ice/heat would be greatly appreciated! :-(
well it is a factor that you may have a birth defect ask your parents if aany thing was rong when you were born
