Even when I am not aware of it, my nose starts to twitch and it has become a habit. I cannot stop and even pinching myself after I do it as a punishment does not help. People have also started to comment and tell me to 'stop being a rabbit' etc. It is especially annoying because I dont know why its happening!

I don't have the answer to your problem but, I too have that problem.. I thought something was wrong with me or maybe it is.. I had that issue in the past a few time but last week I had the twitching of the nose all day long everyday.. I did the same thing by pinching the bridge of my nose to hopefully make it stop but, it just kept right on doing it.... It is so embarrassing when I am talking to one of my bosses and it starts to twitch away and I wonder if they notice........

I have the same thing and it becomes embarrassing and annoying. It has also graduated to painful know. Have you found any remedies? If so please share as I am losing it with this.
