Hi James, you say your foreskin is covering your penis, are you actually able to pull it back when you masturbate or is it tight?
As bobdylan said if you wasn't using lubricant it could be that or it could be from a tight foreskin if you have one, you don't actually say where it hurts or if its all over.

Hi James, I think what you have done is just got a little rough when you masturbated last and probably either just over stretched the frenulum or you could of just torn it a little.
