Also, the skin on the bottom is connected to my penis, but not the way it should be. It seems that even if that part weren't connected, it would still be connected. It also causes my penis to sting when I get an erection, and look weird. The skin is rolled at the top, and I can't unroll it because of the pressure of the connection on the bottom. It also hurts to try and unroll it because it is difficult.

I'm only 18. I can retract it, but the tip is a darker color. Like dark red. And the bottom is connected, it should be anyways, but it seems weird, like it causes my foreskin to roll up just behind the tip and I can't keep it unrolled because of the connection at the bottom. Thanks.
