I had this issue of extreme stiffness a few years ago to the point where it was uncomfortable to get an erection. I asked my dad about it and we had it looked at by a doctor. He told me that I had a semi-common problem which was fairly easily solved. My problem was that when I was circumsized as a baby, the skin on my penis was not pulled back enough and parts "grew back together." So I was recircumsized (didn't to badly, the doctor rubbed some numbing ointment on me.) Now I am much more comfortable down there.
This could be your problem, most-likely not, but if it is, you may want to get it fixed.

Hi! This is very normal... My husband had the same problem. He went to have it looked at by our doctor and he said that I was from a lack of ejaculation. Maybe there is just a lot of built up stress...

Every time I get a erection I can't move my penis up or down it stays be stiff like really really stiff I can't move it up or down it bounces back into position if you try and move it
