my pennis leans towards left at an angle of 20-30 degrees i think. and its stretched lr=enth is just 4 inches. dia also aot good. am so much worrying about this. can u please suggest me?

It's normal for a penis to not be pointing straight. Some go up, others left or right, even down. Don't worry about it.
Your penis can grow until your early 20's. Average for an adult is 5 - 5 1/2". Regardless, it's not the size that matters, it's what you do with it.
