I have the same thing, the top of my right nut aches when I touch it, i recently had epididymitis, it started in my right nut and moved to the left, then my epidudymiyus went away , now my left nut hurts again, I’m thinking it could be ether recovering or it’s a cyst, did you recently have epididymitis ? If it’s a round ball that’s kinda squishy and is about the size of a pea or a grape it probably a cyst! I recommend going to you doctor and confirm if it is a cyst he/ she will remove the cyst, the is a chance it could be cancer too so just go too the doc anyway! For relief I would say ice, and drink cranberry juice. Hope u get better !
