my tubes are tied but, Im having results and signs of pregna

Im really confused as far as waht to do next. Im having discomfort in my abdominal and pee very often very tired and sleepy.
The period that came on April 14, wasnt a norman period, it was kinda runny, watery with a strong smell lasting 3 days.
I have taken 2 pregnancy test with negative pregnancy results but however, I do feel all of the pregnancy signs.

Could you please give me some information that could be helpful.
