On 8/11/2009, My wife, Machell L. Jackson,was supposed to have this "simple" surgery. She was released from the hospital one hour after her surgery,three hours later she was dead. The MED. examiner said this "SO CALLED'" DR."who's name i can't say at this time,left a gall stone in her stomach. The stone grew into a blood vessel, and needless to say she bleed to death right in front of her 4 year old son, and her 12 year old step-daughter. I still do not understand how this could happen to a 25 year old young lady. We were only married for 5 years but she was my life, my world, my wife. I have a lawsuit pending against this "so-called" DR.. But no amount of money could replace my life, or my son's mother. I'm sorry but I hope this DR., looses their license and goes to jail. The only reason this happened, is because my wife didn't have insurance, and the DR. wanted to rush her in and out, because we couldn't pay for the surgery. When I win this lawsuit, I'm gonna open a surgery clinic for the less fortunate, or people without insurance. It's amazing how a "very respected" DR., could make this kind of mistake. I really miss my wife, but I've finally moved on with my life. I have another loving girlfriend, and a baby girl, named Selena Machell. I still feel guilty sometimes but I know I have to go on with my life, no matter what. My son still talks about her alot, but he's doing ok. I hope this DR. rot's in HELL for what they did to my little boy.
