Odd pain after gallbladder surgery

Hi everyone,
I needed to find out from other people if this is something you have heard of before. My friend had her gallbladder removed about two months ago and she continued having pain after the surgery. She had tests done and her liver enzymes were up. She had all sorts of tests done and no one can figure out what is wrong with her. Now she has pain by her bladder, like a constant feeling of being full and bloated, but she doesn't always have to go. She is in so much pain she can barely eat and is losing weight rapidly. She has had every test imaginable done and they are all coming back normal and good. I had my gallbladder removed four years ago and had my own set of problems for about 6 months including pain and weightloss. I am much better now, but her problems are taking a severe toll on her physical and mental health. They have put her on all different medications but nothing seems to be helping. So has anyone ever had UTI like symptoms and lots of pain after gallbladder surgery, without actually having a UTI. Were you diagnosed with something else, or is this one of those things that goes away after a period of time? Thanks for your help, I am really worried about her. :-(
