she take the mtpill and misprostol 200mg tablets but no bleeding what can we do after this she take tablets ane repit the miprostol

anyone please help!!!! I had medical abortion almost 5 or 6 months ago and I still bleed blood clots during periods and have pain. I did not go for follow up after I toke the pills coz I was too scared of vagina ultrasound. Now that I am scared and concerned if there is any infection or major problem I don't have health insurance to do check up. Does anyone have similar experience? Or, does anyone know if sever pain or blood clots months after medical abortion during period is anything to worry about? Please help me coz I have no other way to know and it is killing me. Thanks:)
