Hi, folks. I think that I am little overweight and that I need to lose it. I don’t want to take pills or anything similar. I was hoping to find out some natural way of losing weight. I came here hoping to find out some sort of advice. Can anyone help me with that? I will be more than grateful.

Hello. It is hard to tell what is naturally. I am also against magic pills and herbs for losing weight. If all this was true, we would all be slim. I recommend you to find some sort of sport or exercise. You should be persistent in that activity. I am against strict diets. They are not healthy.
