I just had a fine neck life performed by a top facial plastic surgeon in NYC. He mentioned "by the way" that my nose , which had been revised about 20 years ago, "needed work". He said it was too pointy, the nostrils too "collapsed", the bridge needed "definition". I actually thought my nose was fairly nice, but, after his comment, I concede he did have some merit to what he said. Of course, I did not feel too happy after that! He does not take Medicare, he said the surgery would most likely be considered "reconstructive" since my nostrils are very narrow and a CT scan would probably show obstruction, But, he is very expensive. Now of course I would like other opinions. I want a top rhinoplasty revision doctor affiliated with Manhattan Eye/Lenox Hill who participates in Medicare I have secondary insurance also. I am very very youthful looking, and have never had any complaints about my appearance, but now after his comments I would like to have my nose evaluated. I have heard of a Dr. Lee Klausner, but know nothing about her. She participates in Medicare, but a bad revision would be worse than no revision. Can anyone suggest some NYC rhinoplasty revision specialists?
