I noticed there are tons of questions asked by many scared women on this forum, wondering whether the bleeding they are experiencing after their medical abortions is normal. Some say they are bleeding for a couple of weeks, some as long as 10-12 weeks or more. I searched and could not find good information or answers for these questions, so I'm hoping a member here will come out and answer this topic with some good info regarding bleeding. I know when I had my abortion over 10 years ago, I bled on and off for about 3 to 4 months, and I was so alone and scared that I just considered it my punishment for what I'd done, that I was supposed to get sick or something. I never got medical attention at the time, and to this day I wonder if I can still have children or not, maybe something was wrong with me? But, if that bleeding was normal? It would greatly ease the stress of many women to know this, as I see tons of questions about this same topic. Anyone with some good info on this?

I would consult a physician or a therapist to help you as they would seem to be the best possible answer to your question. Good Luck....
