Pregnancy symptoms but negative test 2 weeks after missed period? Spotting, cramps, tender breasts, frequent trips to pee, extreme fatigue, mood swings, headaches, being an feeling sick. I have the nexplanon implant, this is my second one, the first time around i was bleeding constantly and had to take the pill to regulate it, after three years, i got it replaced (the same type of implant) but the bleeding stopped and my periods went back to normal, could count down to the day. I had it changed 6 months ago and have never missed a period until now. I'm worried its not been working, seeing as my bodies not reacted the same way as it did to the first one. Could i be pregnant despite the negative test i did two weeks after my missed period? What should i do?
