It's been over a year since I lost my appetite and 30 pounds. The doctors have preformed many test and taken blood for test. I can only eat approximately 1/2 sandwich a day. I look anorexic and need help. Could I have cancer and the doctor didn't find it?

Several types of cancers affecting any part of the body may be associated with poor appetite and weight loss. A doctor would need to do targeted investigations to actually find a tumor.
Would you say you are depressed or have anorexia nevrosa - deliberately avoiding food? Do you have any other symptoms - fatigue, blood in stools, anything?
