No period last month, now I am having some cramps, tests are negative

Hello I've had to periods in march on at the beginning and one at the end I haven had one for April yet but I've been having to go to the restroom a lot more for the past week I've been having some slight cramps my breast get tingly on and off I took 3 test all negative could I be pregnant or am I just paranoid
