Need help! Not for sure who is my son father. My lmp was Dec 21 of 2013. My period is 28 days to the max. I had intercourse on Dec 28th of 2013 and January 4th 2014.

Your period started on Dec 21st?
If so, you had sex on day 7 and day 15 of your cycle. Day 1 is when your period started. Normally you'd ovulate between days 11 and 16 of your cycle.
Sperm can survive up to about 5 days maximum. So it is possible that you got pregnant having sex on the Dec 28th - it was early. More likely you got pregnant having sex on Jan 4th.
You'll need a DNA test. There is no way around it.
